This article relates findings from behavioral sciences studies to TA concepts. Specifically, conflict management styles and conflict outcomes are integrated into a “global grid” which facilitates quick learning in training situations. It incorporates ideas from some of the earlier writings about “OK Corral” and explains some of the inconsistencies of that explanation which may have been observed by TA practitioners.
