This article reflects on the ideas put forth by de Graaf and Levy (2011) in their article “Business as Usual?: Ethics in the Fast-Changing and Complex World of Organizations” from the Indian philosophical perspective of dharma and karma. The parallels between the six paradigm shifts proposed by de Graaf and Levy and the ancient Vedantic philosophy are highlighted.
