This article describes a coaching matrix that can be used stimulate autonomy and winning behavior. The focus in this matrix is more on a strategy to realize a goal and less on solving problems. The coaching matrix is a universal concept that can be used by coaches, professionals, and managers as well as by their clients and employees.
