Abstract
The Progress Committee of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IES) annually presents an overview of advances in lighting technology introduced in the previous year. The following products, shown at the 1979 Annual Technical Conference of IES in Atlantic City last September, were approved by the Committee as part of their annual Progress Report. Some products shown originally are omitted here as photos were unavailable at press deadline. Product descriptions are those supplied by the Progress Committee.
