On June 14th and 15th, the IES of North America and the Center for Building Technology of the National Bureau of Standards (NBS) sponsored a roundtable on illumination. It was not a problem-solving session but rather a meeting to examine the objectives of lighting and the barriers that stand in the way of achieving these goals
