Though Omura’s Bi-Digital O-Ring Test (BDORT) has its useful applications in many medical conditions (1-5], basic understanding of scientific basis of BDORT mechanism is relatively lacking. Because of paucity of basic study of mechanism of BDORT phenomena, opinion often dominates the phenomena of BDORT. It is my hope that the hypothesis by Takeshige and my own expostulation may shed some light and stimulate further research and study to understand both BDORT phenomena and mechanism through basic medical research.
