We would like to thank Dr. Otto J Hernandez Fustes for his interest in our manuscript “Orbital myositis triggering oxygen-responsive cluster headache” (1) and our findings, but also for his kind suggestion regarding complementing our assessment with a neurophysiological study (blink reflex or evoked potential) (2). We do agree that ideally this part should be studied further; however, it is unfortunate that the patient was lost to follow up, presumably due to complete resolution of symptoms.
