Abstract
The Journal Editor and SAGE Publishing hereby issue an expression of concern for the following articles:

As a result of known and reported issues leading to several retractions of papers by Y Sato et al. citing concerns with author misconduct, an investigation has been carried out into all articles published by Y Sato in Cephalalgia. To ensure that the scientific literature is correct, the Editor and SAGE have chosen to publish an Expression of Concern regarding the articles by Y Sato.
