Abstract

The Danish Headache Centre was first located on the 8th floor in this building in 6 small rooms. It was moved because the hospital needed the space for other purposes, but at the same time it had been hugely successful and therefore needed much more space.
Presently Danish Headache Centre is located in 4 of these buildings. They formerly belong to a large psychiatric department. Examination rooms are well below Danish standard and it is highly impractical to be located in different buildings. This is especially so, because Danish Headache Centre places a lot of emphases on a multi-disciplinary approach to the most severely affected patients.
New building of the Danish Headache Center ready in January 2018.
