The OTWorld 2014 International Congress and Trade Show (previously named “ORTHOPÄDIE + REHA-TECHNIK”) will again take place in Leipzig (Germany). 25–27 June 2014: ISPO Global Educators Meeting
ISPO International is organizing a Global Educators Meeting (GEM), to take place in Kobe (Japan). The GEM 2014 aims at gathering P&O educators and administrators from all over the world to discuss, coordinate, initiate and share P&O education-related activities. In particular, the GEM assumes as its main objective the improvement of communication and collaboration between P&O schools across the globe.

25-27 June 2014: 2nd European Polio Conference
The 2nd European Polio Conference will take place in Amsterdam (the Netherlands). The event is organized by the Academic Medical Centre (AMC), the PTU Rehabilitation Centre, the Karolinska Institutet (KI) and the European Polio Union (EPU). The event’s theme will be “Post-Polio Syndrome - A Condition without Boundaries”, aiming at exchanging knowledge about the treatment of polio residuals in different age groups across the world to best preserve functioning throughout life. The Conference brings together healthcare providers, researchers, polio survivors, their caregivers and patient organization representatives from Europe and worldwide
