Dr Melissa Gladstone reports on an audit study looking at the use of ‘Boarding Out’ medical forms (Form R, Preliminary medical report on child to be looked after). The study was carried out with the support of Dr Mary Rodgman who works in the same Community Child Health department in Kings Square, Bristol.
