Abstract
Part 2 of the article develops the narrative that was described in part 1. The themes that are explored in relation to solving a practical problem are time, adjustment periods, and multiple interpretations of the same story by family members with different roles. What is revealed is the complexity of artistic practice, the dynamic nature of the family members, and the incredible professional sensitivity that is needed in such a situation. The social services occupational therapist reflects on the personal benefits that have been derived from studying and making explicit her clinical reasoning.
