In the article ‘The transition of junior occupational therapists to clinical practice: report of a preliminary study’ by Sue Rugg (BJOT April 1996), the acknowledgement to Table 1, the problem checklist (p166), was incomplete. It should have included: ‘Copyright 1977 by the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc.’ We apologise for the omission.
