Part 2 takes a general look at some useful points which should be taken into account when considering the use of horticultural therapy as an assessment and treatment medium with any client group. The establishment of a horticultural therapy unit as part of the Work Skills Assessment Unit at Bexley Hospital, Kent, is appraised by two case studies and the feedback from several patients.
