Abstract
This article describes the experiences of two occupational therapists — One a clinician and the other a college lecturer — who changed places for 6 weeks to pain some experience in each other's field of work. Observations are made on how they coped and what they learned. Some suggestions for factors to be taken into account for the future are discussed, as well as comments from staff and students. The authors recommend such an exchange to others.
