Abstract
The Egyptian Expedition of the Metropolitan Museum of Art to the pyramid complex of Senwosret III, Dahshur, found a number of Ramesside dockets on blocks destined apparently for re-use. The article examines two specimens of probable delivery addresses and three dockets with titles of royal butlers. The delivery addresses were texts that probably indicated the edifice for which the stones were destined. The presence of royal butlers suggests that the dignitaries might have been responsible for some aspects of the stone recycling process.
