Copolycarbonates based on 4,4′-dioxydiphenylpropane and 1,1-dichloro-2,2-di(3,5-dibromo-4-oxyphenyl) ethylene were synthesised, and their main properties were studied. The relationships governing the synthesis of copolymers by acceptor-catalytic polycondensation were determined, and the relationship between their composition, structure, and properties was established. It was shown that copolycarbonates possess a high softening point and high heat and flame resistance.
