An investigation was made of the effect of a compatibiliser on the strength properties of articles manufactured from a blend composite based on a thermoplastic elastomer – a styrene–ethylene–butylene–styrene block copolymer (SEBS) – during service, and also on the thermal stability of the blend composite. Furthermore, the effect of the parameters of the process of melt blending of the components on the properties of the modified composites was assessed.
