An examination is made of the enzymatic stability of film coatings based on chitosan and the antibiotic amikacin sulphate under the action of the enzymatic compound hualuronidase. It is established that the addition of the medicine causes a reduction in the rate of enzymatic hydrolysis of chitosan.
