This paper focuses on the production of flame-resistant coatings based on perchlorovinyl resin for the protection of glass-fibre-reinforced plastic. It has been established that the phosphorus-, boron-, and chlorine-containing oligomer FBE is an effective flame retardant, the introduction of which into the composite ensures good flame resistance and has no effect on the physicomechanical properties of the coating.
