Within the framework of a model of a heterogeneous system obtained by wire explosion in polyvinyl chloride, analytical relations of the electrophysical parameters of the boundary layer arising at the “polymer-nanodispersed copper particle” phase boundary are presented. Comparisons of calculated values of the electrophysical properties of systems with experimental data obtained in an investigation of their frequency and concentration dependences are given.
