IR spectroscopy was used to investigate the structure of polyaniline, poly(2-methoxyaniline), polyanthranilic acid, and poly(N-ethylaniline). Absorption bands were assigned to the corresponding groups. The existence of a number of characteristic absorption bands of aromatic polyamines was shown.
