A comparative analysis by the method of NMR relaxometry of the structural dynamic state of blends of chlorosulphonated polyethylene and ternary ethylene–propylene rubber, containing additives of polyurethane nature in the form of a liquid oligomer and a powder polymer filler, indicates their participation in chemical reactions and processes of phase formation that occur in three-component polymer composites as they are prepared.
