An investigation was made of the effect of organosilicon and organometallic compounds on the weather resistance of systems based on chlorosulphonated polyethylene. The effects of modification with tetrabutoxytitanium, ethyl silicate, and titanosiloxanes on the water and acid resistance, the steam permeability, and also the resistance to UV radiation and elevated temperatures were studied.
