The copolymerisation of cyclic carbonates with monoisocyanates under conditions of anionic initiation has been carried out for the first time. On the basis of the conducted X-ray diffraction analysis it was established that the substances synthesised possess a high degree of crystallinity with a fairly large and complex elementary cell of low syngony (symmetry of crystals).
