This study examines retrospectively the distribution of Pd and non-Pd two-point codes and ICD-9 diagnoses for 470 court-referred patients. Pd two-point codes were notfound to be useful in identifying anti social personality disorders and were often present in individuals with either major psychiatric disorders or no disorders at all. These findings are discussed with reference to current interpretations of Pd codes.
