In view of the swing in public opinion from the permissiveness of the sixties to the Bible morality of the eighties, a survey was undertaken of attitudes to sexual deviance in groups of black and white students. There was some differ ence in racial attitudes, but it was apparent that in general the greatest objections from all were to the victimisation and exploitation of women and children.
