While, for instance, in the USSR the penalty of forced labour may be applied only to non-working persons or to people employed in nationalised establishment, the Polish penalty of limited liberty may also be inflicted upon the individual farmer working his own farm, the number of which in Poland exceeds the number of the collective ones.
