Abstract
We are initiating, as a regular feature, an International Discussion Forum. The first one contains the comments of readers from Massachu setts and Germany. We hope that our readers will continue to send us letters, agreeing, disagreeing or commenting on articles we have pub lished, or on specific aspects of delinquency work which they wish to discuss. Such interchange of opinion is a good substitute for personal discussion and a valuable preparation for international conferences.
