This is not to say that all firms in the market economy have succeeded in integrating systemic strategic thinking into all decision-making processes. The life's work of many management scholars and consultants alike consists in identifying and trying to correct deficiences in organizational behaviour in companies staffed entirely by people educated and socialized in market economies.
