Abstract

The combined in-person Annual Meeting of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists (ACVP) and American Society for Veterinary Clinical Pathology (ASVCP) in Boston, Massachusetts, runs from Saturday, November 12, to Tuesday, November 15. The meeting includes Focused Scientific Sessions (Clinical Pathology, Diagnostic Pathology, Experimental Disease, Industrial and Toxicologic Pathology, and Natural Disease) as well as pre-meeting workshops, plenary, and special topics. Our meeting includes large numbers of abstracts from institutions all over the world. In addition, there will be 4 days of poster viewing with each day dedicated to specific focused scientific sessions to enhance the viewing experience and interaction with presenters.
The meeting abstracts will be published on the ACVP website and will be added to the permanent searchable archive of Annual Meeting abstracts available since 2012. Abstracts will be posted in a publicly accessible location on the website approximately 1 month before the meeting for review. Publication on the website also allows easy access to veterinary pathology topics and increases the visibility of ACVP while providing an enhanced resource to serve people around the globe.
The Focused Scientific Session Committees have been hard at work organizing programs to showcase the work of our College members and to bring innovative science and technology from outside resources to the attention of our membership. Please note that the schedule is subject to adjustment. Highlights for the focused group programs along with other highlights for the upcoming Annual Meeting include the following:
