Description, of a case of carcinoma in a man with a history of chronic ulcerative colitis, who had a cecostomy IS years previously. Carcinoma arose in the mucosa of the cecostomy and infiltrated into the surrounding skin and a tract of the cecal wall, where neoplastic tissue coexisted with inflammatory changes of the mucosa.
