The possibility of graft metastases in the uterine cervix is known in the literature. Three further cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma are described, in which the presence of a grafted cervical microadenocarcinoma was ascertained by histological examination of the surgically removed specimen; the tumoral grafts were probably due to the diagnostic curettage which had been performed in all the three patients. This possibility is to be kept in mind when diagnosing carcinomas in situ of the cervix.
