Plastic reconstruction after pharyngo-esophago-laryngectomy is a major problem since all the proposed procedures have some negative aspect. Two cases are presented in which the postoperative defect was immediately repaired. The operative upper skin flap was introflected to form the esophageal canal, which was then covered by an acromioclavicular skin flap. Final shaping was completed 2 weeks later. Results were satisfactory.
