The behaviour of the blood proteins has been studied in some neoplastic processes (40 cases). The conclusion is drawn that tumours do not induce particular seroprotein pictures which might roentgentherapy carried out in some of the 40 patients, the dysprotidemia was found to be enhanced though still maintaining the character of the neoplastic dysprotidemia, i.e. albumin reduction and globulins increase (due almost completely to the increase of alpha and gamma fractions). The tumour dysprotidemia is ascribable to several causes, like histological type, locations and extension of the tumour.
