Abstract
The action of some associations of cytostatic agents on « in vitro » embryonic cells are studied: chloramine, deacetylcolchicine and 6-mercapto-purine added with hydrocortisone, and 6-mercapto-purine plus chloramine.
The effective doses of each drug were always remarkably lower than those wich were found to have the minimal action in previous researches.
It is so demonstrated that this association potentiates the activity of the single drugs. The enhancement varies as for the type and intensity in the different experimented associations. The possibility of a therapeutical application of the cytotoxic combinations is discussed.
