MODIFICAZIONI DELL'ATTIVITA’ TRANSAMINASICA NEL TESSUTO NEOPLASTICO E NEI TESSUTI EMOPOIETICI DI RATTI PORTATORI DI MIELOMA IN FASE LEUCEMICA DOPO TRATTAMENTO CON SARCOCLORIN *
The changes of two transaminase activities in hemopoietic tissues of leukemic and normal rats following Sarcoclorin treatment have been studied. A tendency to normalization of the enzymatic activiaies examined in liver and spleen of the treated leukemic rats has been obtained.
In the normal animals the cytostatic drug induces a slight increase of both enzymatic activities in liver and spleen, while in the marrow a decrease of the alaninaaspartic-ketoglutaric-transaminase ratio is observed.
