The dermis return to normal after treatment with carcinogenic and co-carcinogenic substances has been studied. The alterations induced by oncogenic agents are slowly reversible, the structure lesions being still evident when treatment has been discontinued for two months. More rapidly reversible are the alterations induced by Croton oil.
