Serial roentgenographic controls of a costal angioma treated by a single cycle of high roentgen doses are presented. They show the modifications induced by the ionizing radiations in a seven year period. The evidence for recovery is given by disappearance of clinical symptoms with reduction of the involved soft parts rather than by return to normality of the costal radiographic picture.
