Parotidectomia Totale Con Rispetto Del Facciale,In Blocco Con Il Tumore Primitivo E I Gangli Satelliti,Per Tumori Maligni Della Faccia,Del Cuoio Capelluto E Del Padiglione Auricolare
Malignant tumour (11) of the face, head skin and external ear were treated by total parotidectomy consisting in « in block » removal of the primary tumour with its satellite lymph nodes and conservation of the facial nerve. Anatomical data about lymphatic ways and nodes are mentioned and some devices of surgical technique are illustrated.
