Abstract
The perfusion fluid, obtained from physiological salt solution circulating in the vascular district of Rous sarcoma, has been electrophoretically examined and ultracentrifuged.
The electrophoretic tracings give evidence to four distinct components: their characteristics of mobility and U.V. absorption show that the components 1 and 2 are of nucleoproteic nature, while the components 3 and 4 are of proteic nature (albumins and globulins). The sedimentation diagrams show the presence of two components: one of them represents the 39 per cent and has a S20 = 5,88 × 10−13, the other represents the 61 per cent and has a S20 = 3,84 × 10−13.
