Abstract
Tha anatomo-clinical features of tumours of the maxillary sinus are considered and the different therapies (radiosurgery or radiotherapy alone) until now employed are examined. According to the Author, radiosurgery is the treatment of choice in the still operable cases. In cases in which radiotherapy alone is indicated, the use of convergent Röntgentherapy seems to be more advisable than the classical Ròntgentherapy on multiple fields or the endocavitary Radiumtherapy, though a clinico-statistical ascertainment is not yet available.
