Abstract
The present knowledge on the hormonal behaviour of patients with uterus carcinoma is surveyed. The results obtained in 8 women before and after surgical and actinic treatment are illustrated. A complete resolution of the dyshormonal condition (at least for the estrogenic condition) is not obtained with these treatments. A slight reestablishment of the androgen incretion in observed, but it is doubtful if it is due to a real improvement of the adrenocortical activity or rather to collateral factors. The progestinic condition is apparently unvaried. Prolonged and strong complementary treatments with testoprogestin hormones are therefore advised.
