The Mastcells were observed in the peritumoral capsule and in the mass of the Walker carcinoma of the rat treated with synthetic estrogens; the variations, prevailing of numerical type, are described. From the obtained results and from a parallelism observed between quantitative variations of the Mastcells and of the fine argentophilic fibrils some considerations are derived.
