The content of the non proteic sulphydril groups have been determined by an amperometric method in sarcoma 180 of mice and in Walker adenocarcinoma of rats after « in vitro » irradiation. The obtained results are similar to those observed in a previous research on succino-dehydrogenases. They may be summarized in a SH fall 1 hour after irradiation in the radiosensitive tumour (sarcoma 180), while no SH changes are observed in the radioresistant tumour (Walker adenocarcinoma).
