The electrophoretic fractionation of protein extracts from human lymph nodes, spleen and liver, has been studied in normal subjects and in patients suffering from malignant lymphogranuloma, lymphosarcoma, acute leukemia and chronic leukemic lymphoadenosis. The electrophoretic pictures have been compared with those obtained from sera of the same patients. Results are briefly discussed.
