Italian
A histological study of 146 Dermatofibromas is exposed.
Areas of fibrosarcomatous transformation were observed in two cases. Melanin was found in tumour cells in seven cases.
The preferred localizations are: lower limb (35), the upper limb (24), the back (23), the thorax (19).
The correlations of Dermatofibroma with Keloid and Basalioma are discussed.
