The antimitotic and cytolytic action of triethylenmelamine and methyl-bis(β-chloroethyl)-oxyamine have been studied in the apithelial and lymphatic tissue of rabbits tonsils. Both substances exert their action especially in regard to the lymphatic tissue. Pratical considerations are briefly exposed and the possible damaging action of triethylenmelamine on spermatogenesis is mentioned.
