Two cases of cranial metastases from a uterine carcinoma are described. In one case there was a large and very precocious metastatic diffusion to the skeleton, in the other case the bone metastases appeared after 5 years since the clinical recovery of the primary lesion. The X-rays treatment exerted a prolonged delay in the further metastic diffusion.
