Cipropride, a new anti-emetic agent, was administered to forty-six subjects with a view to preventing Dacarbazine- and Cis-platinium-induced nausea and vomiting. From a total number of 196 cytostatic courses of treatment results were assessed as excellent and good in, respectively, 18% and 71.4% of cases.
